ArivonX Technologies Private Limited is a deep-tech enterprise software company headquartered in Coimbatore. We build autonomous enterprise operations governance systems that intercept exceptions before commitments are made — not after invoices arrive.
Our platform uses multi-agent AI architecture — a constellation of specialist intelligence agents across five governance families, orchestrated in real-time — to detect pricing anomalies, taxonomy drift, supplier risk, compliance gaps, and financial mismatches across every operations transaction. Each agent produces a traceable confidence score — grounded in actual ERP data, fully auditable, and explainable to any stakeholder. No black-box estimates.
Founded in 2025 and incorporated in February 2026, ArivonX was built from the ground up by procurement and operations technology practitioners who saw a fundamental gap: traditional enterprise systems are reactive. ArivonX is preventive — designed to govern every transaction as it flows through the pipeline, in real-time, across manufacturing, financial services, consumer goods, and metals & mining.
Our core technology is proprietary, covering the closed-loop Detect → Decide → Correct → Improve governance architecture, auditable confidence scoring methodology, industry-specific trigger codes, codified governance rules across four maturity levels, and the multi-agent orchestration framework.

Pradeep Sundaram
Founder & CEO
Pradeep spent 20+ years fixing procurement inefficiencies as a consultant and practitioner, leading transformations at global enterprises across industries. He's worked with C-suite leaders at companies like Johnson Matthey, Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan, and Novartis — designing category strategies, implementing Source-to-Pay roadmaps, and embedding governance frameworks.
Before founding ArivonX, Pradeep was Assistant Vice President at Genpact, where he led strategic procurement transformations across manufacturing, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals. Earlier roles at Infosys and Accenture deepened his expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and ERP integration across platforms like SAP and Coupa.
ArivonX exists because Pradeep decided to solve a problem at the root — a real-time governance layer that intercepts exceptions before purchase orders commit, not after invoices arrive. Every decision is auditable and traceable.

Meena Jambulingam
Chief Technology Officer
Meena is equal parts architect, engineer, product leader, and team builder — and she's spent 20+ years doing all four at Fortune 50 scale. Her career spans the full breadth of technology leadership: cloud-native platform architectures, real-time data systems, technical product management for experiences used by millions, and high-performing global teams of up to 300 people across the U.S., India, and Ireland.
At Chewy, she ran engineering and product behind customer data platforms for an $11B+ business. At UnitedHealth Group, she managed a $50M budget, built real-time data platforms processing 20M+ daily events, maintained 1,500 enterprise APIs, and co-chaired a national healthcare interoperability taskforce. At Optum, she modernized an entire product line's technology stack. Most recently at RB Global, she delivered an AI-native multi-cloud data strategy and established an Enterprise Architecture practice.
ArivonX's platform demands cloud-native architecture, real-time ERP integration, multi-agent orchestration, and AI governance that's auditable — Meena has done each of these at enterprise scale, across multiple clouds, and in regulated environments.
