Built by practitioners who saw the gap.
Founded in 2025 by procurement and operations technology practitioners, ArivonX exists because traditional enterprise systems are reactive — they report what went wrong after the invoice arrives. ArivonX is preventive: a closed Detect · Decide · Correct · Improve loop that governs every transaction as it flows, catches each exception before it becomes a commitment, and proves the recovered value in your own ledger.
The same loop runs under two platforms. AonX Helm is the permanent governance layer for enterprise procurement. AonX Drive brings the same loop to dealerships of every kind — cars, commercial vehicles, two-wheelers, tractors. One company, one loop, two lanes.

Pradeep Sundaram
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Pradeep spent 20+ years fixing procurement inefficiencies as a consultant and practitioner, leading transformations at global enterprises across industries. He's worked with C-suite leaders at companies like Johnson Matthey, Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan, and Novartis — designing category strategies, implementing Source-to-Pay roadmaps, and embedding governance frameworks.
Before founding ArivonX, Pradeep was Assistant Vice President at Genpact, where he led strategic procurement transformations across manufacturing, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals. Earlier roles at Infosys and Accenture deepened his expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and ERP integration across platforms like SAP and Coupa.
ArivonX exists because Pradeep decided to solve a problem at the root — a real-time governance layer that intercepts exceptions before purchase orders commit, not after invoices arrive.
Meena Jambulingam
Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer
Meena is equal parts architect, engineer, product leader, and team builder — and she's spent 20+ years doing all four at Fortune 50 scale. Her career spans cloud-native platform architectures, real-time data systems, technical product management for experiences used by millions, and high-performing global teams of up to 300 people across the U.S., India, and Ireland.
At Chewy, she ran engineering and product behind customer data platforms for an $11B+ business. At UnitedHealth Group, she managed a $50M budget, built real-time data platforms processing 20M+ daily events, maintained 1,500 enterprise APIs, and co-chaired a national healthcare interoperability taskforce. At Optum, she modernized an entire product line's technology stack. Most recently at RB Global, she delivered an AI-native multi-cloud data strategy and established an Enterprise Architecture practice.
ArivonX's platform demands cloud-native architecture, real-time ERP integration, multi-agent orchestration, and AI governance that's auditable — Meena has done each of these at enterprise scale, across multiple clouds, and in regulated environments.
Rajesh Kumar
Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Rajesh is an entrepreneur and business leader with 20+ years building and scaling businesses across manufacturing, industrial products, supply chain, and international markets — with deep strength in strategy, business development, international trade, and value creation.
He held senior commercial roles at Vedanta Limited and GE, where he ran global business portfolios, opened markets across Southeast Asia and the Far East, and led complex industrial supply chains. In 2019 he moved from corporate leadership into entrepreneurship; as Managing Director of the Santhosh Group of Companies, he has grown a diversified portfolio representing some of the world's leading industrial and automotive brands, building strong partnerships and high-performing teams along the way.
At ArivonX, Rajesh sets strategy across both lanes — supply chain and sales & distribution — aiming the platform at the problems he's spent a career solving: where technology, operational excellence, and customer experience remake traditional industries. His focus is building an enduring company that creates measurable impact for customers, partners, and India's next generation of globally competitive businesses.
