The Governance Readiness Standard
No published standard combines enterprise operations governance with autonomous agent oversight into a prescriptive assessment across multiple industries. ArivonX is building the first.
Your effective governance level equals your weakest signal. ArivonX assesses readiness across four context signals — Integration Maturity, Security Posture, Data Quality, and Industry Complexity — scored 0 to 5. The minimum determines what governance capabilities can be safely enabled.
This is deliberately aggressive. We never recommend capabilities beyond what your environment can support. The assessment produces a client-specific governance roadmap — not generic industry benchmarks — with volumetric ROI projections based on your actual spend profile, supplier density, and industry-specific governance requirements.

The 4-Phase Graduated Trust Model

Transactions that pass all governance gates proceed autonomously. Exceptions still route to human approvers via the tiered approval hierarchy. Autonomous action is limited to verified clean passes.
Full Governance
Complete closed-loop governance across all four stages. Low-risk corrections execute autonomously with multi-gate validation. Higher tiers escalate with full audit trails and before/after state capture.
